She has previously taught subjects like General and Commercial Laws, Corporate and Mercantile Laws, English and Business Communication at various levels and courses. Currently, she takes up Management at CS and CWA Foundation level. About Siddharth she says: “The faculty at Siddharth inspired me to work hard. Their labours on me made me resolve that I should not let them down. Their perfection of concepts made me strive towards a similar perfection. Their slogging all alone for hours together with the same cheerful demeanour, made me feel that I should chip in as well to lighten their load, no matter how insignificant my help. As a faculty, I find myself in a very responsible and tricky situation. Responsible because I have students depending on me and should provide flawless knowledge. Tricky because I have to strike a balance between knowledge imparting and keeping the students well humoured. The trick of giving them inputs within the time schedule and in a manner liked by them has to be figured out continuously. I enjoy interacting with the many gifted individuals who have the humility to be called my students and find their perceptions on life interesting. I admire the courage that Vinay Sir has portrayed to strive towards attaining self-actualisation. He has highlighted this very concept in the name ‘Siddharth’. It was he who discovered the teacher in me. I remain a seeker seeking her true meaning in life in the process of providing a limited meaning to similar seekers of knowledge and support." |
