Currently working with Centrum Capital Limited, Ms. Jamkhandi is a CS. She has gathered ample experience about compliances pertaining to Companies Act, 1956, SEBI laws, Listing Agreement, FEMA Laws, incorporation of foreign subsidiaries, etc. She also has an exposure in drafting various corporate contracts.

Her academic and professional achievements include graduation from Mulund College of Commerce, certificate in Corporate Governance from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), the best project award in the Secretarial Modular Training Programme (SMTP) of the ICSI.
