Mr. Phadke has been one of the older students of Siddharth. He earned the distinction of becoming a CA and a CWA in the same year in the very first attempt. His industry exposure of 10 years includes undergoing Articleship in N.M. Raiji & Co., Chartered Accountants; being a partner in Nilesh Gore & Co., Chartered Accountants, Manager (Operations) in L & T Finance Limited.

Presently, Mr Phadke is a Team Manager (Corporate Finance) at Deutsche Bank handling the team of 20 members. He is also the Business Area Controller for Deutsche Bank, New York for the business vertical of Corporate Finance.

He is a faculty for the subject “Capital Market Analysis” at Stage III of the CWA Course.

He describes his association with Siddharth as: “ I remember the days which were early days for me in studies. I had failed in my first attempt at CA inter and needed to go through the studies even more than in my first attempt. However what I needed more was confidence. The moment I heard about Siddharth Academy from my friend, I immediately called up Sir and went to meet him. After meeting him personally I got that feel that yes I can crack the exam once again. And there was no looking back. I could clear all my attempts after that at the first shot be it ICWA finals or be it CA finals. Along with my journey as a student to professional, I also remember the journey of Siddharth Academy. From a small class which was housed in a small residential premise to three branches, the journey has been successful at that and especially pleasing for us whose hearts are so near to Siddharth Academy. I was the lucky one to witness the progress from so near. If at all, everything changed, one thing remained as it was 9 years ago when I first saw Siddharth Academy; the values. The dedication, the faith, the confidence; all has remained same over this journey. And I am very sure they will remain constant throughout the life of Siddharth Academy because that’s the base on which this tall structure is standing and these values will remain there to see the thousands of dreams getting fulfilled.”
