Ms. Ravishankar, working in the Legal and Secretarial Department for over 20 years with Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), joined Siddharth to attain her dream of getting the CS degree. She continues to remain involved with the institution as a visiting faculty and as a visionary for developing the Self Development Centre (SDC) wing of Siddharth for personality development initiatives.

Her words describing Siddharth:
“I joined Siddharth 8 years back for my coaching needs - but ended up passing out of it as an institution. I call Siddharth an institution for standing as an embodiment of knowledge where learning is a way of life, more than what books can impart. Any one who enters the premises of Siddharth is always welcomed with a sense of divinity and acceptance that it gives. I was extremely proud to be associated with the founder of Siddharth, Mr. Vinay Bhagwat, for his mature, matter of fact mentorship. There is something MYSTIC about this place - which one has to experience to understand. When you are there - you feel that your desire and aspirations are not just yours - there are others who are there to make it happen - and that's a different kind of energy and power altogether.
 Mr. Vinay Bhagwat is a very special teacher to me not because I studied under his guidance, but for the insights that I drew from him in developing myself in the external world. At  Siddharth, entrepreneurship has a new meaning - it is not just a commercial venture - where money is the only enabler. One solid example to state the genuineness and honorability of Siddharth is nurturing dedicated teaching professionals out of its own student community.
 I would always cherish my association with Siddharth - no matter what I go ahead to realise for myself in life - because it gave me an identity which was more intrinsic. “
